Outfall

White Rock Creek at Barber Avenue

Site O consists of Outfall Shaft and field offices. The Outfall Shaft is 114-ft deep, 46-ft diameter and is the design discharge point of the MCPBST Drainage Relief Tunnel, and the main working shaft during construction of the tunnel.
